Remember, our goal is to make betting a little bit easier for you all with the help of our AI Sports Betting predictive analytical models, so with that said let's dive right into the Week 2 Rithmm Roundup.
Understanding Player Props on Rithmm
First, let's get familiarized a little bit with Rithmm's interface, specifically for AI NFL player props and AI Sports Picks.
Starting with player props, to access the full comprehensive list, simply click on the props button in the bottom left of Rithmm while on the NFL tab. You'll then be presented with a list that looks exactly like this.
You'll see a couple interesting things here. First of all, Rithmm provides up-to-date odds on lines, which is extremely handy so you don't have to head to the sportsbook app to see if the line has changed since seeing it. Our player props tool also will show you what the Rithmm AI model's projection is for that player. Lastly, you'll see a percentage number on the right side, the word DTM, and either a little green star or a yellow caution sign.
DTM stands for Difference to Market, and it represents the difference between Rithmm's prediction and the line that your sportsbook has. Rithmm will compare the probability that the player prop has of winning based on Rithmm's line and the book's line, historical data, and the book's payout to determine the DTM. Once that happens, if the difference falls within a certain window, Rithmm will label it a recommended bet by putting a green star next to it.
Keep in mind that the model is not the end-all, be-all here! We want you to also use the Research tab as well to support your theories when taking NFL Week 2 player props.
Best Week 2 NFL Player Prop Bet Predictions
Week 1 Record: 4-0
Season Record: 4-0
Let's get into it! These are a few of the best player props for NFL Week 2 that the Rithmm AI Model spit out, along with updated odds and DTM. We'll look at the research behind each play and see why Rithmm recommended it.
Week 2 Demario Douglas (NE) Prop Bet Predictions
Pick: Over 31.5 Rec Yards (-114)
Rithmm Predicts: 56.6 yards
DTM: 61.9%
This is an egregious number in my eyes, despite Douglas not coming close in Week 1. He played the second-most snaps among Patriots' wide receivers but because of the gamescript where the Patriots were fine with running the ball over and over again with massive success, Douglas just didn't see much work.
That should be different against the Seattle Seahawks. Douglas will need to be involved because the Seahawks' defense should be much improved under Mike McDonald, and it already had plenty of those signs in the Week 1 game against the Broncos.
Week 2 DJ Moore (CHI) Prop Bet Predictions
Pick: Over 63.5 Rec Yards (-115)
Rithmm Predicts: 93.4 Yards
DTM: 33.1%
In Week 1, Moore had a solid, yet unspectacular game, with new arrival WR Keenan Allen gathering 11 targets despite only catching four of them. However, both Allen and rookie WR Rome Odunze both may not suit up for this game because of injuries, which would push Moore straight into the potential 50% target share range for Caleb Williams.
Facing off against the Texans, who allowed Anthony Richardson to throw plenty of deep shots to his receivers that only went incomplete on Richardson's end, could see Moore have a hefty amount of catches, so keep an eye on him going over here.
Week 2 Bijan Robinson (ATL) Prop Bet Predictions
Pick: Over 27.5 Rec Yards (-115)
Rithmm Predicts: 44.5 Yards
DTM: 23%
Robinson is seemingly a slam-dunk play. He had a 23% target share in Week 1 while soaking up nearly all of the running back snaps, and Kirk Cousins checked down at a 14.3% rate, which ranked twelfth in the league.
Against the Eagles, there is a good chance that the Falcons find themselves in a position of being throw-heavy. With that said, Robinson is going o be one of Cousins' preferred targets because the Eagles' linebackers are not that great which could give Robinson plenty of open field to maneuever in.
