Welcome to Week 3 of Monday Night Football! We have a doubleheader for tonight's MNF game! The Cincinnati Bengals are hosting the Washington Commanders in what could definitely be an offensive shootout.

Two teams that really should be viewing this as a statement game for their season.

The Bengals will have their starting WR core for the first time this season with Tee Higgins set to make his debut in tonight's game. Higgins was dealing with a hamstring issue for the past couple of weeks as well as a contract dispute, but he is suited up and ready to go.

WR Ja'Marr Chase will also be looking to get things going tonight, and I imagine QB Joe Burrow is excited to get his star WR corps back on track.

On the Commanders' side of thing, an offense in flux needs to get scoring against a defense that has plenty of holes on the defensive line. The Bengals have given up the seventh-most rushing yards per game this season, something that the Commanders' RBs are uniquely qualified to take advantage of.

We'll be looking to see if QB Jayden Daniels can get going here, as well. He's had an up-and-down start to his rookie season, but had showed flashes as OC Kliff Kingsbury settles in to running his offense.

Win Probability: 55.4%

An under on a game that above I touted potential point-scoring in? Who would have thunk it?!?

Well, it's not that crazy. There are a number of avenues to this total going under, but the biggest key is the number of 48.5, which is above the key number of 48. 31-17. 24-24, 35-13, you get the picture: 48 is a massive total number in regards to totals betting.

The reason why I agree with the model is that I think we're depending on a lot of maybes with these two offenses. MAYBE Tee Higgins jumps right out to his regular statline and goes off. MAYBE Terry McLaurin finally gets going with Daniels throwing him deep bombs. MAYBE the Commanders' offensive line can stay upright against a Bengals' DL that hasn't been able to generate pressure outside of Trey Hendrickson.

The list could go on, but you get the drift. This game is two teams against each other that haven't lived up to preseason potential, and what if they don't again tonight? It could be a low-scoring snoozefest.
