The John Deere Classic just DELIVERS. The leaderboard after three rounds has one man, Davis Thompson, sitting with a two-shot lead, but that is not impregnable. Anyone within five shots of the lead realistically has a shot at winning this tournament, and we're going to be in for a great Round 4 finish.
Following every round, we’ll be going through my favorite AI golf picks for the following round, as well as the Rithmm-backed AI Caddie hole score picks I’m rolling with. Let’s get into Round 4!

John Deere Classic Round 4 AI Caddie Pick
Patrick Rodgers to Birdie or Better Hole 10 (+130)
Rodgers is a player that has always played this tournament well. He finished runner-up here in 2017, and his game also sets up well for this course. He's efficient and a solid putter, but Par 5s have long been where Rodgers can compete just as well as anyone.
He has struggled a bit this season overall, and ranks only top 60 in Par 5 scoring this season, but when he gets hot, he can roll in birdies.
The Rithmm AI Caddie agrees, not only giving him nearly the same chance as the rest of the field to birdie this hole at 34%, but also a 10% chance that he eagles this hole.
With a fun hole location at the very front right of the green, we may see a lot more players take this green on in two, and Rodgers cold be one of them.

Finishing Position: Ben Griffin Top 10 (+240)
Griffin was on a ton of people's outright betting cards this week (including mine). The course set-up was decently similar to Hamilton Golf Club, where Griffin finished runner-up to Robert MacIntyre several weeks ago, and he's also coming off a solid T31 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Griffin started slowly, though, and has had to battle just to be T12 heading into the final round. At -14, seven shots behind the leader Thompson, a win seems to be out of the cards, but what about a top 10 placement?
With a Round 4 Scoring Average of 68.9, which ranks 18th on the Tour this season, Griffin is in a great spot. Our Rithmm model does project him to make the top 10 33% of the time, which is an improvement on the 29% implied odds that +240 gives us.
